We are looking to recruit an experienced commercial litigation solicitor/barrister/attorney, qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction or Ireland with a minimum of 7 years PQE in private practice. Must be fully experienced in advising clients, drafting pleadings, preparing cases for trial and appearing before courts, tribunals, arbitrators, mediators, etc.
The position would suit a hard-working, outgoing, and experienced litigator who requires minimum supervision. Prospects are excellent for the right candidate. Salary is commensurate with experience (TCI is a tax-free jurisdiction).

We are looking to recruit an experienced commercial/real estate solicitor/attorney, qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction or Ireland with a minimum of 7 years PQE in private practice. Must be fully experienced in advising clients, preparing a wide range of commercial documents, including but not limited to sale and purchase agreements, commercial and residential leases, shareholders agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, restrictive agreements, by-laws, charges, debentures, loan facility letters, etc.
