Dominique Gardiner
Associate Attorney
Dominique is an Associate of the firm working primarily within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Prior to joining she served as a Crown Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers of the Turks and Caicos Islands Government where she became well versed in the bureaucratic processes of government.
She also provided legal advice and representation to the Turks and Caicos Islands public service and supported the Chair of the Anti-Money Laundering Committee in areas such as training and satisfying reporting obligations.
Recent engagements include:
- Successfully setting aside default judgement.
- Assisting lead counsel in preparing for possession of land proceedings.
- Assisting lead counsel in complex insolvency proceedings.
- Drafting settlement agreements in resolution of employment and contractual disputes.
- Drafting legal advice.
- Representing clients in debt recovery claims.
- Representing clients in employment disputes in the Labour Tribunal.
- Representing clients in Court connect mediation sessions.
